Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished legal professional to provide expert guidance on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters. The successful candidate will ensure compliance and support business operations with risk-mitigated solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Provide authoritative legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, employment, and regulatory matters.
  • Support business teams in client negotiations and facilitate smooth deal closures.
  • Ensure adherence to data protection, IT laws, and international regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Manage legal risks and proactively offer strategic advice to leadership.
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
  • Support the development of policies, processes, and compliance frameworks for global operations.
  • Conduct internal training and awareness sessions on compliance and legal best practices.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law from a reputable institution.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in IT services or consulting organizations.
  • Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation with international clients.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, intellectual property, labor, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a mid-to-large IT services/consulting company.
  • Exposure to multi-jurisdictional contracts and cross-border legal issues.
  • Membership in a Bar Council / Corporate Legal Association is beneficial.
