Job Title: Litigation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Professional to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the legal domain, working closely with our legal experts to ensure that our operations align with all applicable laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management & Legal Documentation:
    • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and support briefs and reports preparation.
    • Mitigate contractual risks and optimize terms to protect our organization's interests.
  • Compliance:
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Stay up-to-date on legal developments, assess their impact, and provide guidance to our team.
    • Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.
    • Collaborate with different departments to ensure company-wide compliance.
    • Manage statutory registers and records.
    • Organize board and committee meetings, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Handle filings with regulatory authorities.
  • Corporate Governance:
    • Support our legal team in corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and regulatory filings.
    • Maintain proper corporate records and documentation.
  • Risk Mitigation:
    • Identify potential legal and regulatory risks, assess their impact, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Processes and Communications:
    • Execute legal and compliance tasks efficiently and according to best practices.
    • Draft clear and concise legal documents and maintain open communication within our team and other departments.
    • Bridge communication between our legal team and other departments, ensuring legal considerations are understood.
    • Document meetings related to legal and compliance issues.
  • General Support:
    • Provide general legal support to our legal and compliance team.
    • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative efforts.
