Seeking a Results-Driven Insurance Manager to spearhead underwriting and policy placements for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead underwriting and placements for assigned corporates, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Prepare detailed Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and negotiate quotes from leading insurance providers.
  • Place policies and provide premium after-sales servicing, including expert claims management.
  • Manage employee additions and deletions in non-Employer-Based policies efficiently.
  • Compile comprehensive reports required by regulatory bodies and scrutinize claims meticulously.
  • Deliver exceptional service to corporate clients for claims and enrollment, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate high-level agendas and prepare actionable notes for team members.
  • Cultivate strong customer rapport through courteous interactions and enhance client satisfaction significantly.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.
  • Additional qualifications in the Insurance stream are highly desirable.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of Property, Fire, and Engineering products.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with CXOs of corporates.
  • Display a self-driven attitude, enthusiasm, and a hunger to excel in the role.
