Insurance Business Development Professional

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placements team. This role will be based in Hyderabad and involves working at least three days a week in the office.

This position requires a complete understanding of EB product offerings, proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing, as well as knowledge of different insurers' strengths and weaknesses.

  • Data mining and identifying business opportunities.
  • Carry out in-depth gap analysis for large proposals to meet client needs while maintaining company profitability.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies, ensuring competitive quotes are received in a timely manner.

  • Visit insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders.

Audit, MIS & Reporting tasks involve entering RFQs and proposal details into the database, generating reports for analysis, and sharing status updates with the Head – QMS.

  • Share information and documentation with auditors, as required, and resolve queries.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures.
  • Required domain knowledge.

Desirable skills and qualifications include proven leadership traits, attention to detail, good networking skills, strong communication/presentation skills, good judgement and analytical skills, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
