Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also have a solid understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and method validation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform method validation and verification to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing methods.
  • Analyze data and identify trends using data analysis software.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve quality control processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including spreadsheets, graphs, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of working experience in the food industry laboratory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with chemical analysis, particularly in the oil and fat industry.
  • Knowledge of calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, AAS, ICP, NIR, etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), method validation, and report writing.
