Senior Solar Power Engineer

This is a key role in the plant operations and maintenance team, responsible for ensuring consistency and quality across all areas.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solar power and electrical systems.
- A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in solar power.
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Operations Management• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistency and quality across all plant operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Maintenance Coordination and Troubleshooting• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities for electrical equipment to minimize downtime and maximize plant performance.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to production claims and energy output.
Collaboration and Communication• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize plant performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and performance metrics.
