Electrical Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of our rooftop solar plant. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating and scheduling preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in plant operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities for electrical equipment to minimize downtime and maximize plant performance.
- Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to production claims and energy output.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in solar power plant operations and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
