Job Title: Electrical Operations Supervisor

As an Electrical Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our rooftop solar plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in plant operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities for electrical equipment to minimize downtime and maximize plant performance.
  • Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to production claims and energy output.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize plant performance and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements related to rooftop solar plant operations and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B Tech Electrical with Solar Experience
  • 5-7 Years solar experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
