A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Electrical Operations Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rooftop solar plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency and quality in plant operations, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, coordinating and scheduling preventive maintenance activities for electrical equipment, and monitoring and analyzing plant performance data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in plant operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities for electrical equipment to minimize downtime and maximize plant performance.
  • Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years' experience in solar operations and maintenance.
  • Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with solar experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
