Job Description

  • Ensure analytical quality by providing accurate results and verifying testing parameters for the MPA module.

  • Deliver technical support to stakeholders, investigate quality issues, and implement improvement actions with follow-up.

  • Validate and verify methods to roll out new testing procedures in the lab.

  • Document standard operating procedures, analyze data, and provide input to team members to enhance quality control systems.

  • Maintain accurate and pertinent data, including spreadsheets, graphs, and reports.

  • Develop reporting systems across functional areas.

  • Participate in ring tests to check and control methods and equipment.

  • Address basic issues under direct supervision while escalating complex issues to appropriate staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Able to work independently with high initiative level and effective communication skills.

  • Necessary English reading capacity.

  • Experience with chemical analysis (preferable) - oils and fats, starch, sweeteners, etc.

  • Familiarity with calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, AAS, ICP, NIR, etc.

  • Demonstrate sound understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), method validation, and report writing.

  • Minimum of three years of working experience in the Food industry Lab.
