1 Quality Management System QMS Development Establish implement and maintain a QMS tailored to biomass production processes Align QMS with relevant standards e g ISO 9001 ENplus Sustainability Criteria for Bioenergy etc Ensure proper documentation standard operating procedures SOPs and quality manuals are maintained 2 Product Quality Control Testing Oversee laboratory testing of biomass properties e g moisture content ash content calorific value bulk density particle size Implement inspection procedures for raw materials e g wood chips agricultural waste and finished products Ensure compliance with domestic and international bioenergy standards e g ISO 17225 for solid biofuels 3 Environmental and Safety Compliance Monitor compliance with environmental regulations such as emissions standards sustainable sourcing and waste management Ensure biomass production does not exceed allowable CO2 emissions particulate matter or VOC levels Collaborate with HSE Health Safety and Environment teams to ensure production safety and reduce environmental impact 4 Raw Material Supplier Quality Assurance Audit and qualify suppliers of feedstock e g forestry waste crop residues Establish specifications and controls for incoming raw materials to ensure consistency in fuel quality Monitor for contaminants like dirt metal or hazardous substances 5 Customer Certification Compliance Ensure products meet customer specifications and third-party certification standards e g ENplus A1 A2 SBP Sustainable Biomass Program FSC PEFC for traceability Handle product non-conformities returns and customer complaints Conduct regular customer quality reviews and prepare compliance documentation 6 Data Collection and Analysis Track quality KPIs like Defect rework rate Product consistency Moisture variability Energy content stability Use statistical process control SPC root cause analysis RCA and CAPA to address issues 7 Process Improvement and Optimization Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency reduce waste and improve energy output per unit of biomass Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies 8 Training and Awareness Train production staff on quality standards and product handling Promote a culture of quality sustainability and environmental responsibility Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
