HUB HEAD- CAR LOANS:

Lead & Oversee both sales- business development & collections for the car loan vertical across the designation region.

Sales & business development

  • Develop & execute regional business strategies to drive new car loan disbursements through dealerships & branches.
  • Build sales distribution channels, train & motivate teams & ensure effective lead generation.
  • Maintain compliance during all stages of loan process from file submission through disbursement.

Collection & portfolio quality

  • Design & execute collection strategies to minimise NPA's & streamline recoveries across delicate buckets.
  • Monitor portfolio health, including DPD levels, NPA trends & implement corrective actions.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Vehicle loans , Preferably from car loan background.
