Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

This is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing procurement and supply chain operations to support the organization's production needs.

The successful candidate will be an expert in managing complex logistics, inventory control, and vendor relationships. He/She will lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize supply chain efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure cost savings and quality improvements.
  • Inventory Management: Implement optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Collaborate with production teams to forecast demand and plan material requirements.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is required. Professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or CPSM are preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
