Job Title

Position Overview

As a member of the Site HR Team for the Last Mile Stations Bangalore, Karnataka, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of site operations. This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your human resources expertise to drive employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Engage with employees to foster higher morale and productivity through proactive sensing of ER issues and effective grievance handling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across various functions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Process and audit contractor services and invoices at the regional level.
  • Plan and execute engagement activities to enhance associate experience, such as birthday celebrations, monthly learning activities, rewards, and recognition events.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive stakeholder management.

Requirements:

  • At least 6+ months of human resources experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of human resources experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
