
HR & Administrative Professional

This role is responsible for managing human resources and administrative functions in the organization.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, orientations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate office operations, security, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Source, interview, and onboard new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, and Labor Laws.
- Supervise office operations, security, and support staff.
- Coordinate travel bookings, TA/DA claims, and site visit allowances.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR/Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in HR and Admin functions, preferably in healthcare, construction, EPC, or government tender-based companies.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
