Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection of candidates
- Employee onboarding and orientation
- Performance management and appraisals
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administrative tasks, including document management and data entry
Requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR/Business Administration
- Minimum 3-6 years' experience in HR & Admin functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems
