About the Internship:

We are inviting applications for the role of HR Generalist Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and official communications.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Handle basic HR queries and support general administrative tasks.
  • Help in coordinating training and development activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA, or any related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Available to work on-site in Bengaluru for the full duration.
