Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Bangalore. The

ideal candidate will have strong experience in core HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills,

and the ability to work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

  1. Employee Lifecycle Management

  2. Manage complete onboarding process, including: Offer letter issuance, pre-joining documentation, Induction sessions and orientation programs for new hires.

  3. Maintain employee files, records, and HR database accurately.
  4. Manage exit formalities, including Conducting exit interviews, coordinating clearance process and ensuring timely Full & Final (F&F) settlements.

  5. HR Operations

  6. Maintain and update employee information in HRMS tools.

  7. Draft HR letters such as employment verification, salary revision, and transfer letters.
  8. Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures across departments.
  9. Generate and present HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave data, etc.) to management.

  10. Payroll and Compliance

  11. Collate and validate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, Timesheet, leave, and

deductions.

  • Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for accurate salary disbursement.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI),

Professional Tax, and Gratuity.

  • Handle audits and maintain compliance documentation.

  • Performance Management

  • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal cycles.

  • Support managers in goal-setting, performance review discussions, and development plans.
  • Track completion of appraisals and provide necessary HR interventions when required.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities- Festivals, team-building events,

recognition programs.

  • Conduct regular employee connect sessions to identify concerns and boost morale.
  • Address grievances in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.

  • Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.

  • Organize learning and development sessions.
  • Track and report on training effectiveness and participation.

  • Recruitment Support

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team for manpower planning.

  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support offer roll-out and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • HR Policy & Process Improvement

  • Participate in designing, reviewing, and updating HR policies.

  • Suggest process improvements for better efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor law changes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HumanResourcess, Business Administration, or related field (MBA

preferred).

  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in IT/digital services.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and HR documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and employee relations handling capability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
