Digital media investment requires a unique blend of financial acumen, marketing expertise, and strategic vision. Our team seeks an experienced Digital Media Investment Director to drive revenue growth and deliver value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolve trading positions with key partners to reflect business strategy and market dynamics
  • Deliver financial targets by tracking progress and demonstrating year-on-year growth in revenue
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to discuss current performance and areas of future development and opportunity
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to communicate effectively
  • Maintain supply side management best practices while delivering innovative and ambitious media solutions that meet client objectives and business vision
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 12–15 years of experience in digital media trading, investment, or buying within a top-tier media agency
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue, value delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Track record of managing senior client relationships and leading negotiations with major media owners
  • Strong client-facing skills with excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Expert knowledge of digital media trading across performance, brand, OTT, programmatic, and social channels
  • Proven negotiation and commercial acumen, with ability to deliver value and revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of media rates, benchmarking, and pricing dynamics
  • Established relationships with leading publishers, platforms, and vendors
  • Ability to conceptualize and sell event integrations and sponsorship packages
  • Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
