We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our Investment Banking Team as MD / Director – Investment Banking & Head of Technology Sector Coverage . Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates, financial investors, sovereign funds, and government bodies .
Mentor and guide junior team members to build talent depth and team capability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal governance during all transactions.
MBA (Finance), CA, or relevant postgraduate degree from a reputed institute.
Minimum 10 years of Investment Banking experience , with a strong focus on ECM and Technology sectors .
Extensive industry network with proven stakeholder management skills.
Leadership and mentoring experience.
Experience managing complex, large-scale transactions .
