Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • We generate leads from assigned banks.
  • Cross-selling various financial products to bank customers is a key aspect of this role.
  • Developing business with existing and potential clients through relationship building and customer acquisition.
  • Managing relationships with bank customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and increased revenue.
  • Payroll responsibilities will be handled by the insurance company.
  • Arrange appointments, identify customers' needs for life-related investments and insurance services, select suitable products, gain agreement for purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in Life/Health/General Insurance.
  • Acquire new customers through optimal utilization of bank resources, database footfalls, and generated prospects.
  • Ensure sales completion by facilitating timely medical report completion and prompt policy document issuance.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new markets or segments aligned with company sales strategies.
  • Offer coaching and support to other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team upon request from the sales manager, focusing on product knowledge, selling skills, and modeling relevant behavior.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • At least one year of sales experience in any insurance channel is required.
  • Applicants from diverse backgrounds such as insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, and other sales fields are encouraged.
