Job Opportunity: Bancassurance Specialist

• We are seeking a skilled Bancassurance Specialist to lead the generation of wills from assigned banks, cross-sell various financial products to bank customers, and develop customer relationships.
• This role involves managing existing relationships with bank clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and leveraging the bank's database and customer footfalls to drive sales.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance sales, preferably in life, health, or general insurance.

1. Lead generation from assigned banks.
2. Cross-selling of financial products to bank customers.
3. Customer relationship development.
4. Sales completion through facilitating medical reports and issuing policy documents promptly.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
• Familiarity with banking, pharma, retail, telecom, or other sales verticals is an added advantage.
