Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Health Insurance Agency Manager to lead our health insurance agency business across multiple locations.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our health insurance agency growth through effective onboarding, coaching, and engagement of agents. You will also be responsible for implementing best practices across all Digital Office locations to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Agency Success: Build and grow the health insurance agency business across assigned locations by recruiting, onboarding, and training insurance agents for successful activation.
  • Coach Agents: Enhance agent productivity, customer engagement, and overall performance by providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Implement Best Practices: Develop and implement agency best practices across all Digital Office locations to drive consistency and efficiency.
Deliver Business Results:
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Drive revenue growth by achieving targets for your region and contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Drive Renewal Business: Meet defined goals for renewal business to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights based on local market dynamics to inform business plans and drive informed decision-making.
Build Strong Relationships:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and support functions to achieve shared goals.
  • Agent Engagement: Create an engaging and motivating environment for agents to drive motivation and retention.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in Computer Applications: Possess proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Insurance or Sales: Possess 3-4 years of experience in insurance, sales, or agency management.
  • Proven Track Record: Have a proven track record of consistently achieving business targets.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Motivated Self-Starter: Be a highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach.
