Motor Insurance Claims Associate

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Investigating Claims**: Inspect damaged vehicles, interview claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties, and review relevant documents such as police and medical reports.
- **Negotiating Settlements**: Work with policyholders, claimants, or their representatives to negotiate fair settlements.
- **Verifying Coverage**: Review insurance policies to determine coverage and ensure the claim is valid.
- **Communicating with Stakeholders**: Liaise with legal counsel, mechanics, doctors, and other professionals to gather information and resolve claims.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keep detailed records of claims, settlements, and communications.
- **Identifying Fraud**: Detect and refer potential fraudulent claims to investigators.
- **Providing Customer Support**: Assist policyholders in understanding the claims process and their coverage

Pay: ₹181,525.81 - ₹240,000.00 per year
