Job Title: Insurance Relationship ManagerJoin us in driving business through the bancassurance channel as an Insurance Relationship Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting business development and ensuring smooth policy issuance.Key Responsibilities:
  • We will provide you with leads from assigned bank branches.
  • You will directly sell various financial and life insurance products to existing bank customers.
  • You will explore customers' financial needs in life-related investments and insurance, and recommend appropriate products.
  • You will build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote business development.
  • You will accurately complete sales documentation and ensure timely policy issuance.
  • You will acquire new customers by leveraging:
  • The bank's database
  • Walk-ins at the branch
  • Self-generated prospects
  • You will facilitate completion of medical reports and ensure timely policy issuance.
  • You will explore opportunities to develop new segments/markets in alignment with our growth strategy.
  • You will support fellow Insurance Relationship Managers and bank sales staff through:
  • Product knowledge coaching
  • Sales process support
  • Joint customer visits
  • Demonstrating effective sales behavior
Required Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales (any insurance channel).
  • Candidates from insurance and banking sectors preferred.
  • Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.
  • Graduation is compulsory.
  • Should have a good track record and stable career history.
