Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist\

We are seeking an experienced CRM specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer relationship management processes and be able to design and implement effective solutions.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules for sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation.\
  • Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to align with business processes.\
  • Define and implement security roles, business units, and access controls.\
  • Work closely with technical teams to support integrations with other systems, such as Power Platform and Azure.\
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional specifications for custom development.\
  • SUPport data migration planning and execution.\
  • Deliver training sessions and user documentation.\
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.\

      • \
      • 5+ years of experience in CRM implementation and customization.\
      • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules and configuration.\
      • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.\
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.\
