Role Description
This full-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist role is an on-site position located in Chennai. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and using CRM systems to improve customer satisfaction and sales. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, monitoring customer feedback, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with sales and project management teams to support customer needs.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills and experience in managing customer interactions
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and performance monitoring
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Sales skills for supporting and driving sales activities
- Project Management skills for coordinating efforts across different teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
