
Customer Relationship Manager

The primary function of this role is to manage customer relationships and ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated by utilizing industry best practices in Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM). We work closely with the CRM team and Delivery Head to achieve business goals and objectives.
">As a key point of contact between the Customer and Newgen, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This includes working closely with the delivery teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
