
Customer Service Administrator

This role is a key position in our team, requiring an individual who can provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Front Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the front office, including receiving calls, handling internal and external communications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Administration Support: Provide assistance with administrative work, including canteen, housekeeping, security, and other related tasks.
- Data Preparation: Prepare data related to HR and Admin, such as overtime, canteen details, and other relevant information.
- Guest Management: Assist with guest management, visitor management, pantry management, courier management, and library management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or a similar role and be proficient in English communication (speaking and writing).
