Job Overview:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through live chat or email support.
  • Ensure seamless and outstanding customer experience provided.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's platform/product, including market conditions.
  • Effectively manage and follow up on inquiries/complaints of current/prospective clients.
  • possess strong ability to understand customers' needs and convert it to constructive feedback and suitable solutions for management.
  • Ensure smooth frontline operations, flagging out necessary discrepancies or situational risks to management timely.
  • Continuously seek improvement to enhance team's performance and work efficiency, overall work process.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum diploma in business administration or business management with keen eye for numbers.
  • Preferably candidates with 2-4 years of customer service experience, trained in frontline operations (live chat and email).
  • Advantageous for candidates with experience working in financial institutions or fintech.
  • Someone with sharp acumen and keen eyes for numbers and statistics ideal for this position.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi for communication and writing to liaise with dedicated market counterparts.
  • Possess great passion to develop knowledge and long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms.
  • Team player, committed and self-driven, able to respond positively to client's request for assistance.
  • Able to perform 5 days shift work, including weekends and public holidays (8am-5pm, 4pm-1am, 12am-9am).
