Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet our clients' needs. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as well as a neutral accent (U.S.-neutral preferred).

  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: 12th Pass (Graduates/Diploma holders encouraged)
  • Language Skills: Strong English communication skills, with a neutral accent (U.S.-neutral preferred)
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly, patient, and empathetic approach when interacting with customers
