Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via telephone calls.
  • Utilize sound judgment to make decisions within established procedures for each service request.
  • Manage and update customer interactions daily on an account-wise basis.
  • Achieve key performance targets and ensure efficiency measures are met in accordance with process guidelines.

The successful candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, a neutral accent, and good adaptability to US culture. They will be able to deliver a positive customer experience, demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and empathy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in RCM/DME for at least 1 year.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn quickly, work effectively in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
