  • Manage and resolve issues related to orders, including lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with shipping vendors to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent written and spoken English
