About the RoleThis is a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, supervising staff and ensuring high-quality service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and other hotel functions efficiently.
- Supervise staff and human resources to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor and maintain high service quality through attention to detail on various parameters.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with departments such as local authorities and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
- A degree in hospitality or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Operational knowledge of hotel operations and management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work in different locations within southern India.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
