Service Ambassador Job Summary

A Service Ambassador is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences in our fast-paced environment.

This role requires individuals who are skilled at multitasking, working under pressure and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with bartenders on various tasks such as preparing garnishes, restocking ice and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar station.
  • Ensure the bar and bartender stations are fully stocked throughout the shift with liquor, syrups, clean glassware and garnishes.
  • Engage with guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, assisting senior staff as needed.
  • Set up, clear and maintain tables and dining areas to provide a clean and organized space.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting senior staff and taking on additional duties when required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with cocktails and spirits is beneficial.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
