Area Retail Lead

As an Area Retail Lead, you'll play a key role in championing our customer-first agenda, winning in the market place, and leveraging our footprint leadership to deliver healthy and profitable stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer experience initiatives to make Vodafone Idea Limited the preferred choice for customers.
- Develop and execute strategies to win in the market place, focusing on revenue metrics and churn reduction.
- Leverage our engaged channels to deliver healthy and profitable stores, focusing on cost, productivity, and internal business processes.
- Deliver big bets for driving future growth, aligning with our strategic thrust areas.
Requirements:
- Champion TNPS @ Retail to make it a way of life in the Zone.
- Liaise with Circle team to gain TNPS insights and make corrections @ Stores- TNPS.
- Improve on conversions - 4G SIM Upgrade, Base verification, MVA basis AOP targets.
- Implement customer Journey and Ongoing Marketing campaign to be part of monthly EQ audit as per AOP targets.
- Focus on Value (Acquisition & Upsell) points as per Zonal expansion plan interventions for enhancing productivity of the stores which will drive business.
Core Competencies:
- Analytical & Problem Solving Skill.
- Bachelors/MBA with 8-10 Years of experience.
