Dental Products Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Products Sales Expert to join our team at Ivoclar. This is a challenging role that requires strong sales and marketing skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling dental laboratory products in their assigned territory. This includes meeting with customers on a daily basis, maintaining and segmenting customer lists, handling institutional accounts, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with minimum 5-6 customers daily to discuss product features and benefits.
- Maintain and segment customer lists of approximately 100-125 customers based on monthly product usage.
- Handle 2-3 institutional accounts for sales and awareness.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about product features and benefits.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE LONG-TERM ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH.
- Execute promotions at customer level in a timely manner.
- Meet secondary sales targets on a monthly basis as per assigned targets.
- Achieve focus product targets as per monthly budget.
- Achieve budgets for new products launched during the year.
- Maintain distribution channels in assigned territories, focusing on increasing product reach and ensuring product availability with dealers.
- Follow and arrange payments from distributors according to their credit terms.
- Share distributor sales and stock statements on a monthly basis.
- Manage customer data in CRM and update customer information regularly.
- Arrange Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programs in the territory.
- Register customers for CDE events as per plan.
- Collect customer feedback in closure forms and respond after activities to generate maximum sales.

- Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
