Job Title: Cloud Support Manager

Role Overview:

The Cloud Support Manager is a pivotal position that requires exceptional leadership and technical skills to manage projects, teams, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute projects and initiatives with clarity and precision.
  • Manage meetings, document interactions, and ensure follow-up and follow-through with diligence.
  • Facilitate weekly, bi-weekly sprints for assigned teams, empowering them to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Help team members prioritize workload, maintain a healthy team, and empower, motivate, and build trust among colleagues.
  • Set goals for team members, present weekly progress reports, and maintain control over the work management process.
  • Identify improvement areas, plan, and execute improvement items to enhance team performance.
  • Summarize problems for senior stakeholders, prepare, and participate in status meetings, governance meetings.
  • Setup, coordinate, and manage triage sessions with customers and partners to ensure seamless support.
  • Mentor other team members, support team development of process knowledge base, and lead from the front.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum experience.
  • Good understanding of java-based technical implementations.
  • Multiple years of experience working with customers and partners, as well as domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and foster team collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
