Job Overview:

This high-caliber finance leadership position is critical for scaling our financial reporting and treasury charter towards IPO readiness.

The ideal candidate will lead the preparation of timely, accurate, and compliant financial reports under Indian GAAP and IND-AS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns financial reporting across the group, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant statutory and management reporting.
  • Leads quarterly and annual financial statement preparation, collaborating closely with internal and external auditors.
  • Acts as a technical accounting subject matter expert, assessing and implementing new accounting standards and ensuring appropriate disclosures.
  • Drives IPO-aligned reporting practices, including audit readiness, restatements, consolidated entity reporting, and regulatory filings.
  • Partners with FP&A, business finance, and investor relations teams to ensure alignment between internal and external reporting frameworks.
  • Liaises with external advisors, valuation experts, and consultants to ensure accounting treatment aligns with industry benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong exposure to IND-AS, consolidation, and complex technical accounting areas.
  • Prior experience in a pre-IPO or listed company is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management with auditors and senior leadership.
