We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Leader to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for client portfolios.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Performance Insights: Provide actionable insights on revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
  • Audit and Reporting: Oversee audits, statutory filings, tax planning, and reporting accuracy.
  • Risk Mitigation: Monitor financial risk, implement controls, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with the leadership team, investors, and external auditors.
  • Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor, presenting financial performance updates to the board.
  • Departmental Relationships: Build relationships across departments to support operational efficiency.
  • Accounting and Treasury: Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and working capital effectively.
  • Closing Process: Lead monthly/quarterly closing processes and consolidation reporting.
  • Treasury Management: Oversee treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and investment analysis.
  • Finance Technology: Drive adoption of finance technology tools.
  • Process Automation: Implement automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and compliance.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Leverage analytics to provide real-time dashboards and performance tracking.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a distributed finance team.
