Senior Finance Strategist Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive finance strategies that drive business growth and improve financial performance.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining program strategies and roadmaps, managing multiple key initiatives, and creating project plans with clear action items and milestones.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful implementation of projects, identify and remove obstacles, and establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for communicating project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps
  • Program manage multiple key initiatives around AOP cost transformations, AI and Automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and other finance related programs
  • Creation of project plan with clear action items & milestones
  • Create and monitor program budgets and resource allocation
  • Manage global stakeholder engagement and communications of project plans and status, risks and escalations, and project deliverables
  • Identify and remove obstacles for implementation of projects to ensure timely execution
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees if requested
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance strategy development and implementation
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented finance strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
