Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee financial operations across group entities and global business units, ensuring seamless integration and effective performance.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives, driving growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation, providing insightful data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks, mitigating potential risks and ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions, driving informed business choices.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies, driving organizational success.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and trust.
  • Implement strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks, ensuring integrity and accountability.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI), driving financial efficiency and effectiveness.
