Job Description

The Production Support professional is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise integration bus, a complex system that enables seamless data exchange between various business applications.

This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, particularly in areas such as Message Broker, WebSphere Message Broker, IBM Integration Bus, and IBM ACE. The successful candidate will have a strong background in design, development, and administration of these technologies.

  • Design, develop, and administer large-scale integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM WebSphere Message Broker (WMB).
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IIB and WMB environments to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in production support roles, with a strong focus on integration bus technology.
  • Expert-level knowledge of IBM Integration Bus, WebSphere Message Broker, and IBM ACE.
  • Strong understanding of message broker concepts, including data processing, routing, and transformation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
