Job Title: Loan Support SpecialistDescription:

This is a challenging opportunity to work with our team as a Loan Support Specialist, focusing on Loan IQ product support. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Loan Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert-level support for Loan IQ customers, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
  • Developing and maintaining technical knowledge of Loan IQ software, including data models, APIs, and customizations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall product quality.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of Loan IQ software, including its architecture, data models, and APIs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with loan syndication and trading workflows, preferably within a financial services or fintech organization.
