Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our support team as a Product Support Specialist.

  • This role involves providing top-notch support to customers by responding to incidents in a timely and efficient manner, interpreting complex queries and problems, examining data and error logs, and utilizing all available support materials and tools to successfully resolve the issue.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a team environment, mentoring new hires to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining effective customer communications is crucial in this role, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through clear articulation of complex ideas, negotiation, persuasion, diplomacy, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements

  • A strong command of the English language is essential to articulate complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service orientation skills are necessary to ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of PCs, networks, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with current Windows and Linux operating systems, their associated tools, and file structures is also required.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Point of Sale, restaurant, or fast-food work environments and terminology would be an asset.
