Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Production Support Specialist to provide end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Inventory modules. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in troubleshooting system issues, analyzing error logs, and implementing corrective measures to minimize downtime.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve production incidents, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). They will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining system health and configuration, as well as managing cost control workflows and inventory processes to optimize system functionality.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in an on-site team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Production Support, specifically with Cost Management and Inventory modules
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a production environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion configuration, integration, and support tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and performance tuning in a production setting
  • Experience with incident management systems and continuous improvement practices
