
Senior Business Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our online bidding and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding, with a strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets.
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities via online platforms. They will also optimize and maintain company profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via online platforms.
- Maintain and optimize company profiles across bidding platforms.
- Prepare tailored proposals that address client needs and highlight unique value.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed agreed performance goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in IT business development and online bidding.
- Strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
