Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive participation at international events and conferences. As an Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring senior-level delegates, attendees, and speakers across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem.

This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with senior executives. Ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
  • Drive registrations for international conferences and forums.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with potential attendees via email, phone calls, and other outreach strategies.
  • Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas.
  • Pitch event value propositions, secure commitments from high-caliber speakers, and coordinate with the content team to align speaker profiles with session topics.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, maintain an active network for future events, and act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, phone calls).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.
