Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Admin Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including attendance records, in/out timings, and coordination with HR for related activities.
- Arrange and maintain office supplies, including stationery, electrical items, HVAC, and other essential equipment.
- Ensure upkeep and management of office fixtures and furniture through effective supervision of housekeeping teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Process visa applications and related documentation for employees traveling abroad.
- Liaise with external agencies and government bodies as required for various office operational needs and compliance purposes.
Team Management:
- Lead and supervise the admin team and housekeeping staff to ensure high service standards.
- Maintain office infrastructure and coordinate repairs or upgrades when needed.
Office Facilities:
- Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities and facility services.
