Job Role Summary:
This entry-level leadership position is accountable for guiding and supporting daily shift operations in front office areas, including Reception Services, Switchboard, and Guest Experience Desk.
The Guest Relations Coordinator aims to ensure guest satisfaction and employee engagement. This role assists in completing administrative responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience: 2 years in customer services, reception, or related professional area, or equivalent education and training
Main Responsibilities:
Sustaining Team PerformanceThe Guest Relations Coordinator utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and motivate others. They advocate informed decision-making, demonstrate integrity, and set a good example.
Monitoring and Supporting Progress Toward Guest Services and Front Desk Goals
The Guest Relations Coordinator manages day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and meeting customer expectations on a daily basis. They develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work, handle complaints and settle disputes, and participate in department meetings.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service
The Guest Relations Coordinator delivers services that exceed customer satisfaction and retention. They improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
Managing Initiatives and Policies
The Guest Relations Coordinator implements customer recognition programs, communicates processes, and assists in reviewing comment cards and guest satisfaction results.
